When your pharmacy achieves QCPP accreditation, it is a good idea to promote your accreditation to the customers and patients that visit your pharmacy. There are a variety of ways you can promote your QCPP accreditation.

QCPP Logo


QCPP accredited pharmacies are eligible to use the QCPP logo to promote their accreditation. You can use the QCPP logo on your pharmacy's:

  • website and Social Media
  • newsletters and promotional/advertising material, both printed and digital
  • stationery, including letterheads and script pads

If you would like to use the QCPP logo, please complete an application for use of the QCPP logo. We can then send you the appropriate logo file type, depending on how you wish to use the logo.

To help you promote your accreditation and share your achievement with your community, we've developed a promotional toolkit with a range of social media images and posts that are ready to go for your convenience!

QCPP Window Decal

Window decals can be ordered at a cost of $10 by completing a Request for a Replacement Certificate or Window Decal form on the Customer Portal. It's a good idea to display your decal in your front window or door so that customers can easily identify that your pharmacy is accredited.

Accreditation Certificates

After your pharmacy successfully completes an initial assessment, QCPP will send you an accreditation certificate and an accreditation schedule as part of your accreditation pack. QCPP will also reissue pharmacies with new certificates and schedules after their two-yearly reaccreditation assessment. You can then display your certificate on the wall so that customers know that your pharmacy is QCPP accredited. Replacement certificates can be ordered at a cost of $30 by completing a Request for a Replacement Certificate or Window Decal form on the Customer Portal.
