Application for QCPP logo use

QCPP accredited pharmacies are eligible to use the QCPP logo to promote their accreditation.

You can use the QCPP logo on your pharmacy's website, newsletters, promotional/advertising material (both printed and digital) and stationery (such as a letterhead).

Please read the requirements under Promoting Accreditation in the Quality Care 2020 Program Rules before using the QCPP logo.

If you would like to use the QCPP logo, you must send an email to the QCPP Support Team with the following information:

  • Contact person
  • Contact email
  • Phone number
  • Pharmacy name
  • Communication items intended for use
    • e.g. script folders, social media, website, shop signage
  • I agree to accept the requirements for use of the QCPP logo (under QC2020 Program Rules, Rule 49 and 50, Promoting Accreditation section)
