Preparing for a video assessment
From October 2022, remote assessments will replace the assessor phone call with a compulsory Video Component to allow pharmacies to supply a range of visual and verbal evidence.
The Video Component of your assessment is mandatory and we encourage you to allow plenty of time for the set up and completion of this appointment.
Pharmacies should advise qcppscheduling@au.ey.com as soon as possible if their allocated video assessment time is no longer suitable.
See below for parameters surrounding rescheduling and cancellation.
Rescheduling
Should any clashes occur, your pharmacy must reschedule the Video Component at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment.
If this is not scheduled in the timeframe above,
Cancellation and no-show
Additionally, in the event that your pharmacy is over 20 minutes late to your Video Component time, does not show up or cancels the appointment with no effort to reschedule, the whole assessment process will be cancelled.
This will incur a fee of $800 + GST and you will need to contact the QCPP helpline to restart your accreditation.
