Assessment questions? Who do I contact?
If you've checked the Knowledge Hub and are unable to find the answers to you're after, and are unsure on who to contact for questions surrounding your accreditation, you are best to contact our friendly QCPP Support Team.

Common Corrective Actions Spotlight
Procedure - twice daily temperature monitoring
For your dispensary fridges’ procedure to be considered compliant, you must include the recording of minimum and maximum twice daily temperature monitoring.

This is a common corrective action that is a simple addition to your procedure document.
Dispensary Fridge Certification
You must also have dispensary fridge certification listed as a part of your procedure and ensure that you certify your fridges at least once every 2 years.

Update your details on the Customer Portal

We encourage you to check your contact details are current by logging into the customer portal linked below. This is vital to ensure that anyone contacting your pharmacy is contacting the right person.


On the QCPP website we have a step-by-step guide on how to edit your contact information with a list of what can be edited by you and which details can only be updated by contacting our friendly Support Team.
